I started attending real estate seminars/classes at the age of 18. At that time, I didn't have a car, so my mom would have to drive me an hour each way while I sat in the front row to learn whatever I could.

Shortly after, my first ever real estate purchase was a fully occupied 3 unit building while being a full time Union Stagehand. Coincidentally, this also was my first introduction to Section 8 and the world of evictions.

After this, I put together a multi million dollar portfolio consisting of single family, duplex, 3 unit, and 6 unit properties. Putting all of these properties together through Cash, DSCR/Commercial financing, Creative Financing  purchases.

This portfolio consisted primarily of Section 8 properties and tenancy. Getting direct hands on experience with one of the most Section 8 dense counties in the country

During the growth of that portfolio, I started and owned a 10-15 caller ISA (appointment setting) company for 5 years.  We partnered with the largest commercial roofing company in Florida and successfully secured $250,000,000+ in appointments, per year.

Recently, I sold a portion of my personal investment portfolio. This put me on the seller side of the table on a $3,000,000 Creative Financing sale. Not only do I understand the buyer on a creative deal, I also understand the seller better than most.

To top it all off, I personally transacted 70+ Creative Finance deals inside of a 12 month period. Resulting in $400,000 in Assignment Fees
